1. GENERAL REGULATIONS
The company /website www.protrack.gr provides the visitors and users thereof with a broad selection of electronic commerce services (e-commerce services), in accordance with the provisions of the applicable national legislation (PD 131/2003) and community law.
Solely the visitor / user is responsible for accessing www.protrack.gr’s services. The access to the website may require the payment of fees to third parties (e.g. internet service providers, internet billing fees). Solely the visitor / user bears the responsibility for paying the applicable fees.
In accordance with the Directive 2013/11 / EC, which was incorporated into Greek law with the Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, the possibility to resolve consumer disputes online by means of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now available throughout the European Union. 2. REGISTATION / SIGN-UP
If a visitor / user wishes to subscribe to the service/s of www.protrack.gr he/she agrees to: a) provide true, accurate, valid and complete details on the information requested by www.protrack.gr in the relevant forms in order to be able to access its contents and services; and (b) maintain and diligently update his /her subscription data to keep it true, accurate, valid, up-to-date and complete.
3. MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
The company / website www.protrack.gr provides to its users special membership services once they have accepted the terms of use of the site and completed the registration process.
Upon completing the registration process set up by www.protrack.gr
the visitor / user will receive a confirmation email with his/her personal access password and the user name that he /she has chosen.
Members bear the sole responsibility for all activities carried out with their personal password, their username and generally their user account. Members agree to immediately notify www.protrack.gr of any unauthorized use of their account and any breach and / or potential breach of security.
Also, members are responsible to use their account with awareness and care and to formally log out of their account at the end of each visit.

Apart from all herein explicitly mentioned exceptions (copyright of third parties, affiliates and agents), all content of www.protrack.gr, including the images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services provided and, in general, all the archives of this site constitutes the intellectual property of www.protrack.gr and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions and treaties.
Consequently, none of the above mentioned elements may be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished or uploaded, circulated or distributed in any way, in whole or in part. The user / member understands and accepts that he / she does not have the right to reproduce, copy, sell, resell and / or exploit commercially in any way all of or part of the contents of www.protrack.gr.
The company / website www.protrack.gr states that it does not retain any right to logos or names (brands, vehicle models, etc.) of other companies, which are used on its website for informational purposes only.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company www.protrack.com does not provide any warranty and can not be held liable for any risk, cost or damage that may incur by the direct or indirect use of its products which are provided to its customers "as is".
The company / website www.protrack.gr expressly states that its products are intended for vehicle modifications. The company is responsible for their sale but not its placement.
Following their installation and the eventual conversion of a vehicle, the company is not responsible for the functionality or the inspection of the vehicle by the relevant vehicle inspection services (KTEO, etc.).
The company / website www.protrack.com recommends that all product placements are made by certified technicians.
The company / website www.protrack.gr is constantly making every effort to ensure the availability, correctness and completeness of its services, offers, content pages, and their results.
9. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
The company / website www.protrack.com does not control the availability, contents, privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of other web sites and pages that are connected through links, hyperlinks or banners to www.protrack.com.gr.
Therefore, for any problem encountered during their visit / use, the user must contact directly the respective web sites and pages, which are fully and solely responsible for the provision of their services.
The company / website www.protrack.gr should in no way be deemed to support or accept the contents or services of the web sites and the pages that refer through links, hyperlinks or banners to www.protrack.gr or are linked to it in any other way.
10. ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (E-COMMERCE)
The company / website www.protrack.gr enables its visitors / users to purchase products through e-commerce applications according to the specific terms set by it. It protects the personal data that has to be submitted by its users/ customers in order to be able to use www.protrack.gr’s services. The access to www.protrack.gr’s webpages and web services does not entail any additional cost beyond the cost for the general internet access as determined by the relevant providers (ISPs) and as paid to them only.
11. MARKET TRAINING PROCESS - PORTFOLIO ARCHIVES
For the purchase of products through the e-commerce applications of www.protrack.gr, customers are required to create a member account in accordance with the afore mentioned terms (see "MEMBER ACCOUNT"). It is also required that www.protrack.gr confirms the receipt of each order, which is done by www.protrack.gr sending out a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that the customer provided when he /she registered as a member / customer and created his / her account.
The language of communication with our customers is solely Greek. All requests and orders of the client will be archived and kept in the archives of www.protrack.gr for as long as required as set out by the applicable legislation on the keeping of books and data by traders (CCC - Presidential Decree 186/1992).
12. SUPPLIER DETAILS - RIGHT OF EXEMPTION.
According to the applicable law, the customer / member has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products on www.protrack.gr with an according notification in writing which is addressed to the company www.protrack.gr within 14 days of the receipt of the products.
In such a case the shipping costs and any custom duties on the returned goods that may arise from transfer countries will be borne by the customer/user who, in the event of the return of a product, will have to pay or prepay them. Returned products should be shipped without having been priorly used or installed. Furthermore they should be returned without any damage, with no damage whatsoever to their parts and with no parts or accessories missing, as they will not be accepted by www.protrack.gr otherwise.
13. SHIPMENT FEES AND VAT.
Shipment fees vary and are calculated on a case-by-case basis for orders in Greece and abroad. In all cases they αre the financial responsibility of the customer / member who is responsible to pay for them
Shipment fees are subject to conditions such as weight, volume etc. and they need to be calculated on a case-by-case basis. In all cases they are presented to the customer/user for approval before the charges incur.
Published prices incorporate the applicable VAT.
In the case of orders from abroad and for registered customers / members whose provenance lies outside the European Union quoted prices may be exempt from taxes (VAT, etc.). In the case of orders from abroad and for registered customers / members whose provenance lies inside the European Union and that are not holders of a professional IDF quoted prices may include taxes (VAT, etc.).
In the case of orders from abroad and for registered customers / members whose provenance lies outside the European Union extra fees, charges or costs related to legislation (import-exports legislation, customs) or other conditions that could not be foreseen may apply. For those the company / website www.protrack.gr does not have the capacity to calculate or anticipate and hence does not hold any responsibility. The sole responsibility to calculate, pay and deal with lies with the customer / member.
In all cases and before the final order is dispatched, the amount will be available to the customer / member for review detailing the net value of the product plus taxes (VAT, etc.).
14. RIGHT TO UNILATERAL AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS
The company / website www.protrack.gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without notice, the content and details contained on the website relating to the products made available through it.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
The above terms and conditions of use of use of the website www.protrack.gr and any modification thereof are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international law and treaties.
In the event that a provision of these terms becomes legally inapplicable, it shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be withdrawn from the present terms of use, without undermining the validity of the other terms in any way. This is the overall agreement between the company / website www.protrack.gr and the visitor / user of the pages and services of the website and is only binding for the visitor / user. No change to these terms will be in any way binding for our company and for this agreement unless it has been drafted in writing and has been incorporated into it.
16. TRANSACTIONS’ SAFETY
As the company / website www.protrack.gr is recognizing the importance of electronic transaction security it has taken all the necessary measures, including but not limited to the most up-to-date and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information, related to user's personal information, is kept confidential.

The user’s personal data (name, occupation, e-mail address, home address, etc.) and the transactions’ details of the users of the e-shop are treated as confidential, as if the same data and transactions would have taken place in conventional / traditional commercial circumstances (brick and mortar shops). All users / customers shall be informed by the company / website www.protrack.gr about the conditions and terms of their data collection, retenion, management and transmission to third parties that are involved in the sale’s process. As far as the latter partners are concerned our company will mention the employees and addressees of the companies which are part of it. Also, our company acknowledges and respects the right of access and the right to object in accordance with articles 12 and 13 of the Law 2472/1997.
Our company / website www.protrack.gr has taken all necessary action to ensure that only authorized employees have access to transaction information and only when necessary; for example in order to handle orders. As for the rest, the company / website www.protrack.gr is committed not to disclose the details of its clients and transactions unless it has a written authorization from them or it is imposed by a court decision or a decision of another public authority.
Personal data collected at the online store of the company / website www.protrack.gr is used exclusively by or with its affiliates to support, promote and process the commercial transaction. All documents and electronic data exchanged between the parties in the course of the sale will be kept by our company in a relevant secure electronic file.
