RIGHT TO EXEMPTION, REFUND - RETURN POLICY
According to the applicable law, the customer / online-store user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products on www.protrack.gr with an according notification in writing which is addressed to the company www.protrack.gr within 14 days of the receipt of the products.
In such a case the shipping costs and any custom duties on the returned goods that may arise from transfer countries will be borne by the customer/user who, in the event of the return of a product, will have to pay or prepay them. Returned products should be shipped without having been priorly used or installed. Furthermore they should be returned without any damage, with no damage whatsoever to their parts and with no parts or accessories missing, as they will not be accepted by www.protrack.gr otherwise.
If a return is claimed by a customer due our company sending out the wrong product, then we will ship the correct one at our own expense and will return to the customer the expenses for shipping the false product back to us as soon as we have received the returned product.
