What is the purchasing process ? 

1. To make a purchase in our online store you will need to sign up first on the relevant registration form on our website. 

2. After creating a username and password that you will need to log into our website in future, you must fill in some relevant details such as your phone number, physical address, etc. All fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed.

If your purchase is for business purposes, you will need to fill into the “VAT” field of our registration form the VAT number of your company, as we won’t be able to issue an invoice otherwise.

If you are an individual buying a product from us for private purposes, please fill into the 9-digit VAT (tax number)-field nine times naught (000000000). 

If you are a customer from a European Union country outside of Greece, you must fill into the VAT field your country's individual short form-letters without a blank. (as an example for Greece this is EL123456789).

If your tax ID is listed on the VIES SYSTEM the Greek taxes will be automatically deducted from the total sum of the asking price. This will only happen in the last step of the online purchase process, just before the payment. 

If you are a customer from a European country without a registered VAT number in VIES SYSTEM, then you must fill in all 9 digits with naught (000000000). In this case, the individual prices of the products and the total sum shown to you will include Greek taxes. 

For non-Greek and non-EU customers, all nine digits of the VAT-number field should be filled in with nine times naught (000000000) as well. The system recognizes your country of residence i.e. the country of shipment and taxes are deducted automatically. However, you have to keep in mind that it is likely that import taxes are levied by your customs authorities. 

3. Once all of your details have been filled in correctly into the registration form of Protrack’s website, an activation email be automatically sent to the email address that you provided. In order to activate your account with us you must click onto and follow the link in this message. 

4. After the activation of your account you can start shopping in our store, adding products to your cart, choosing how you would like your products to be shipped to you, the form of payment you prefer and confirming your purchase in the end. What payment options are available to you, will be displayed automatically depending on the information you have entered and your shipping address. 

Once your payment has been confirmed you will receive an emailto the email address provided with your invoice attached. 

If you have chosen to make a bank deposit into our account, please send an email with your order number in the subject line and a copy of the deposit slip or proof of paymentto This email address is being protected from spambots. At each step of the order you will receive a message from us to your email address.

Customers in Greece will receive a message sent to the phone number they provided in the registration form.
